The vibrating screens of the series VV are constituted by a removable vibrating body, perfectly balanced and supported by helical springs. 

A stainless steel shaft rotates on two spherical roller bearings, while the vibrating group consists of adjustable eccentric weights.

The maintenance is very small, grease mechanism of the bearings and the tensioning of the net and steel plates.
